Devices ViewUpdated a year ago
The number of devices shown will be dependant at what level you have navigated to. When at the Region level all devices for that region will be listed. As you navigate further down to Site or Group level only those devices applicable to that level will be listed.
The Devices view provides device specific information per unit and can be viewed in a grid view (as shown) or a card view. Grid view allows you to see more devices per page. Default is up to 10 device per web page but can be modified to view 50 or 100 devices per page without the need to reload the view. The grid view displays the following info:
- Site name.
- Group name.
- Organization.
- Device name.
- Current values reported, temperature and relative humidity.
- Setpoints for both heat and cool.
- System mode. (Heat, Cool, Auto or Off)
- Override active (on/off).
- Status of device. Active alerts or online/offline are shown in this column.
- Battery level.
- Relays that are presently active.
The list can be organized or filtered in different ways to help narrow down or prioritize what you want to see. Clicking on the 3 dots beside the relay status provides the options to,
- Export to a CSV file. This will download the thermostat data from the current day/time back 7 days.
- Click to open the Scheduler specific to that device.
- Click to open the runtime report specific to that device.
