About Regions, Sites and Groups
Adding a Region
Click on Groups tab to open the list of locations (if already existing). Click on Add region, an Add region dialog box will open. Input the name of the Region. Click Save to complete. The region names are organized alphabetically. If the newly added
Deleting a Region
To delete/remove a region click on the applicable gear icon in the Groups section. Click on the trash can icon to open the deletion dialog box. To confirm deletion, enter the name of the region and click on Delete to complete. Important! Do not delet
Adding a Site
Navigate to the Region you want to Add a Site to either clicking on the list of Region names or using the Select Region drop-down. Once in the selected Region, click on Add site to open the Add site dialog box. Input the Name, Address and select Time
Deleting a Site
To delete/remove a Site, navigate to the Sites list. Click on applicable gear icon to open the Settings dialog box. Click on the trash can icon to open the Delete dialog box. Input the name of the Site and click Delete to complete. Important! Do not
Adding a Group
Navigate to the Site you want to Add a Group to either clicking on the list of Site names or using the Select Site drop-down. Once in the selected Site, click on Add group to open the Add group dialog box. Input the Name, Click Save to complete.
Deleting a Group
To delete/remove a Group, navigate to the applicable Group list. Click on applicable gear icon to open the Settings dialog box. Click on the trash can icon to open the Delete dialog box. Input the name of the Site and click Delete to complete. Import
